Session investment and accessibility

Individual Telehealth sessions are $170 (50 minutes). 

Busy Kin is an intentionally small, ethically run private practice, ensuring that all clients are met with presence, care and the emotional capacity needed to do this work. 

This fee is reflective of both the time spent together, but the behind the scenes care required to work in this way.

Standard Session

A compassionate 50-minute telehealth session focused on your specific needs and wellbeing. $170

Payment & Rebates

At Busy Kin, our fee structure is designed to be transparent and accessible for families living in regional and remote areas. We accept secure payments via major credit cards and online systems to simplify the billing process for you. Full payment is to be provided at confirmation of appointment. We are unable to offer medicare rebates at this time. 

Billing Questions

When is payment due?

Payment is due within 24 hours of your booking being confirmed. We aim to keep this process simple so you can focus on your support and wellbeing.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. For shorter notice, a partial fee may apply to help keep our specialist service sustainable and available for all individuals and families.

What happens if my internet drops out?

We understand technology can be glitchy and difficult to access at times. If our video call drops, we will immediately try to reconnect or switch to a standard phone call to ensure your session continues smoothly.

Who do I contact with billing concerns?
