NDIS Social Work

Busy Kin provides social work services to eligible self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants aged 18+.

NDIS services are charged in accordance with the current NDIS pricing arrangements and applicable price limits for the support being provided.

​

The exact fee, support being delivered and any applicable non-face-to-face, travel or other charges will be discussed with you before services commence and clearly documented in your service agreement.

Face-to-Face & Travel

​

Face-to-face social work appointments may be available in Roma and surrounding communities, subject to availability.

​

Where travel is required for an NDIS-funded service, any proposed travel charges will be discussed and agreed with you before the appointment and charged in accordance with applicable NDIS pricing requirements.

​

Because finding an unexpected travel charge on an invoice is nobody's idea of a good time.

​

Reports & Other NDIS Work

Sometimes useful work happens outside the actual appointment.

Where appropriate and agreed in advance, NDIS-funded services may include activities such as report writing, preparation of participant-specific resources, liaison or collaboration with other members of the participant's support team.

​

Any billable non-face-to-face work will relate directly to the participant's agreed support and goals and will be discussed as part of the service agreement.

Payment

Private counselling

Payment is required at the time of booking.

​

NDIS participants

For self-managed participants, invoices can be provided for payment and claiming in accordance with the agreed service arrangement.

​

For plan-managed participants, invoices can be sent to your nominated plan manager in accordance with your service agreement.

​

Cancellations

Life happens. Kids get sick. Work explodes. Cars refuse to start. Sometimes everyone's morning simply goes spectacularly sideways.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible.

Cancellation terms, including any applicable NDIS cancellation charges, will be clearly explained before services commence and included in your service agreement where relevant.
